Serious artists lighten up to create beautiful, sometimes silly, pieces of personal ornamentation. The modern artists represented include Georges Braque, Max Ernst, Louise Nevelson, Yoko Ono, Nam June Paik, Salvador Dalí, Jeff Koons, Pablo Picasso, Roy Lichtenstein and Anish Kapoor. The artists' boundless creativity is wrapped up in these little-known, small-scale sculptures that were designed to be worn by family and friends. Although the theme may appear lightweight, the pieces are often made of precious metals. The collection includes necklaces, brooches, rings, bracelets, pendants, earrings and even a rosary. The exhibit of 200 works by 135 artists runs through July 21.
