The one-man exhibition by the London-based artist includes sculpture, photography and new media. Expect to see individual pieces as well as selections from his various series. In the series “Last Meal on Death Row, Texas,” Collishaw blends Baroque still life painting style with modern photography. Works from his “Venal Muse” series consist of ornate floral sculptures meant to echo Charles Baudelaire’s controversial 19th century poetry. “Gomoria,” a traditional gothic altarpiece inlaid with video screens, juxtaposes the classic with the contemporary. Collishaw has been showcased in his native England, as well as Turkey, France and the United States. The artist combines dark subject matter with dark hues in the exhibit running through Oct. 13.
