New Presbyterian Church 100 voice Concert Choir and The King's Brass directed by Dr. John L. Wilson, will feature the New Presbyterian Church Concert Choir, The King's Brass, The New Young Patriots and the Pompano Beach High School ROTC Color Guard, in a dynamic, inspiring salute to liberty. A moving part of the concert will be the memorial service to honor the fallen in combat protecting our freedom. A pre-concert in the cafeteria at 1p.m. will feature The Jubilation Brass Quintet. The King's Brass, formed over two decades ago, is comprised of professional musicians from across the country. They will accompany the Concert Choir as well as play original arrangements of patriotic favorites. The New Young Patriots is a colorful marching group of young people trained to voluntarily perform in community events for the purpose of promoting patriotism, while honoring God and Country. They were awarded the "George Washington Honor Medal," a National Award, by the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge. Celebrate your patriotism with us in our annual tribute to God and country – as you thrill to the uniformed Pompano Beach High School Color Guard, the honoring of our veterans as well as our active duty men and women. Enjoy bells, choirs, organ, brass, and the soul-stirring splendor of great patriotic music. Sunday, February 16 – No Tickets Needed! The concert is FREE. An offering will be taken.
